Young Adult Ministry

Immaculate Conception as a parish welcomes everyone to worship with us and to be a member of our parish, especially young adults (those ages 21 to 39). You are more than just welcomed here, you a cherished and loved! It is our hope that the Young Adult Ministry (IC YA) is an aspect of parish life where you can feel you belong.

We want to hear you. We want to know your story. It matters. You matter, to God and to us. You are good. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. We want you to be able to share your journey with us, success, failures, and all. God loves each and everyone of you. Come, let us share in his love and goodness together.

Immaculate Conception is a partner parish with St. Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology in a new endeavor called the Young Adult Initiative (YAI). For more information about this initiative, please visit their website.

We are currently looking to fill our YAI Core Team. The Core Team should consist of 8 to 10 people and can include parishioners who may not be so young, but still have valuable wisdom to share.

IC YA is on Facebook. Please visit our page and like us!

Young Adult Summer 2019 Schedule
(Subject to change.)

**Wednesdays at 6 pm: IC YA Holy Hour. Meet in the narthex of the church at 5:45 pm. We want to pray with you and walk with you on your journey. May this time of prayer be refreshing and strengthening.

**Thursdays at 6:30 pm: Sports in the gym. This is a time of casual sports, but enough to get us up and active. No athletic ability is necessary, just a willingness to pump up adrenaline, blow off steam, and burn calories. Meet by the entrance to the Marian Center (gym) around 6:15 pm.

More events to come soon!

ALL are welcome to attend any IC YA event, regardless of parish/church affiliation.
